1. General Terms and Conditions

Access to and use of this website and the products/services available through it are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

By using this website, you acknowledge and accept all Terms & Conditions, which may be updated, modified, or changed from time to time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for any updates.

ARTSSPOT shall not be liable if this website (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access may be temporarily or permanently restricted for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default.
    International customers may view and pay in their local currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.) via supported multi-currency payment gateways.

  • Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These will be calculated separately based on the delivery destination.

  • All sales require 100% advance payment before dispatch.

  • Payments are accepted securely through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and other approved international gateways.

  • Orders placed on www.artsspot.shop constitute an irrevocable acceptance of purchase, unless cancelled by ARTSSPOT due to unavailability, pricing error, or policy violation.

  • ARTSSPOT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery (Domestic & International)

  • ARTSSPOT ships globally through trusted courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and India Post.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 7–15 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the buyer’s location, customs clearance, and courier availability.
    Estimated international delivery time: 10–30 working days.

  • Buyers collecting their artworks in person must do so within 14 days of payment; otherwise, storage fees may apply.

  • While fragile items (e.g., glass frames) are carefully packed, ARTSSPOT cannot guarantee against transit breakage.

  • International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes in their country.

  • Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs or taxes will not be refunded.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Artworks and crafts are not returnable or exchangeable once an order is confirmed.

  • If you receive the wrong item, please notify us at care@artsspot.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
    After verification, a refund (including delivery costs) will be issued within 7–10 working days.

  • If your product arrives damaged:

    1. Note it immediately on the courier’s delivery sheet.

    2. Email care@artsspot.shop with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
      After verification, a refund or replacement (subject to availability) will be processed.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
    International refunds may take longer due to banking procedures.

5. Product Authenticity & Representation

  • All artworks are handmade and authentic, unless explicitly described as reproductions or prints.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution. These are not considered defects.

  • ARTSSPOT operates in good faith but shall not be held liable if an artwork is later found to resemble another work.

6. Discount Codes & Gift Vouchers

  • Only one discount code may be used per transaction.

  • Promotional codes may be subject to country-specific restrictions.

  • Gift vouchers are digitally delivered via email and must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.

  • ARTSSPOT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift vouchers.

7. Buyer’s Responsibility

  • You confirm that all billing, shipping, and payment details provided are accurate and complete.

  • Payments must be made only through official ARTSSPOT payment gateways.
    ARTSSPOT will never request payment via personal email, WhatsApp, or phone calls.

  • You agree to comply with your country’s customs, tax, and import regulations.

8. Legal & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes or claims shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhubani, Bihar, India.

  • By using this website, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Variation

ARTSSPOT reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
