Returns & Cancellation Policy

 At ARTSSPOT, every artwork and craft is handmade by skilled artisans of Mithila. Since these are unique and authentic creations, we follow a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy once an order is placed.


No Returns / No Cancellations

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of artworks or crafts.

  • Buyers are requested to carefully review product details, dimensions, colors, and shipping terms before placing an order.


Wrong Item Delivered

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@artsspot.shop with subject line “Wrong item received”.

  2. Provide clear photos of the item received, the invoice, and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a return shipment (if required).

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund, including delivery charges, within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.


Damaged Products

  • All artworks are packed with utmost care using international shipping standards.

  • However, if your order arrives damaged during transit:

    • Note the damage immediately on the courier’s delivery sheet.

    • Take photos of the package and product.

    • Email us at care@artsspot.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Verified damage claims will be refunded or replaced (subject to availability of artwork) within 7–15 working days.

⚠️ Please note: For artworks shipped with glass frames, we do not guarantee the glass during transit, though we ensure secure packaging.


International Orders

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local regulations applicable in their country.

  • Orders refused due to customs/tax issues will not be refunded.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.


Payment Safety

  • Payments must be made only through the official payment gateways on www.artsspot.shop (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.).

  • We will never send payment requests via personal emails, WhatsApp, or phone calls.

  • Please be cautious of fraudulent messages—ARTSSPOT is not responsible for payments made outside our official channels.


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank).

  • International refunds may take additional time depending on bank/payment provider policies.


Final Note

  • No refund or cancellation will be entertained except in cases of wrong item delivery or verified damage in transit.
