At ARTSSPOT, we proudly deliver authentic Madhubani paintings and handcrafted items to customers in India and around the world. Our goal is to ensure every order reaches you safely, securely, and on time.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Domestic (India): Delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Delivery within 10–30 business days, depending on destination, courier partner, and customs clearance in the buyer’s country.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and destination country and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions (if applicable).

  • International Buyers: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees as per your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.


4. Delivery Locations

  • We ship all over India.

  • We also ship worldwide using trusted global courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, India Post EMS).

  • Please ensure your full address, postal code, and contact details are correct to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.


5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.

  • Tracking allows you to monitor your shipment until final delivery.


6. Delays or Issues

  • While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to:

    • International customs inspections.

    • Weather conditions or courier delays.

    • Local restrictions or strikes.

  • ARTSSPOT is not liable for delays caused by customs or courier companies.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:

    • Report it to the courier at the time of delivery.

    • Contact us at care@artsspot.shop with photos within 48 hours.

  • For lost shipments, we will work with the courier to investigate. Verified cases will be resolved as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.


8. Customer Responsibility

  • International buyers must comply with their local customs, duties, and import laws.

  • If an order is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees or loss of payment.
